I love this addition. They actually explain why Takaya doesn't use an evoker (which was in the OG P3) and even drops the infamous Shadow Quote. Takaya has faced himself. Also his eyes are yellow.

@@sacrilegiousboi117 I think this Persona 4 Remake; I call it Persona 4 Rewatch, should emphasize the dungeon amd Shadow Bosses symbolism with the characters regrets and insecurities. And have the fox have a Persona. If Koromaru and Morgana has one, more animals should have Personas as well.

@@richarddarma1452 not to go into spoilers, but when someone embraces their shadow too much, their eyes glow yellow just like them. We've seen it happen in both PQ and P4

They removed the best quote of the original game… :( Takaya, sitting: "I am not standing in your way". (Immediately stands up and steps in front of SEES.)

Tbh they changed the intro scene, Instead of Takaya sitting in the left corner away from entrance to Nyx, He now emerges on top of the stairs and stands infront of SEES’s direction, so the specific line doesn’t apply here.

Takaya's final fight just got even intense with how he uses Theurgy when his health dropped to low levels.

It’s a shame seeing as the Strega members eventually died off. I wonder how Takaya would’ve felt towards Yuki if he knew how doomed Yuki was even through success.

@@anthonythomas305 I like the OG cast as well, but some of the Reload cast did a great job as well. Aki's mature voice as one of the Senpai, Mitsuru's Reload voice almost sounds identical to the OG, Ken and Junpei's raw emotions in their curltscenes, etc.

21:46 Come to think of it…in the manga, Ken’s mother was a similar case She had the “potential”, but she couldn’t control it and went berserk. The “Shadow” that Shinjiro destroyed was really her.

@@MagnetonPlayer_2 No, his Persona went to kill him anyway, "has his Persona in the P4 way" doesn't stick, as he's one of the guinea pigs that got his Persona awakened artificially.

So this new Takaya has a jealousy for the protag's power and developed feelings for him over this, felt like his feelings were rejected during the typhoon conversation and thus no takaya social link.

To be fair, they are two sides of the same coin. If you accept your shadow, it turns into a persona, so this is propably the other way around, because it was a forced awakening

I really do wish it had a 100% chance to inflict fear on you. I mean, it's a Theurgy skill, it should be more potent than this. Hell I wish we had a full 3 on 4 Strega fight

if they remake p4 again, I hope they add more interaction to izanami, maybe part time

Prototype evoker, he talks about it with Jin at their hideout. It's assumed to be the one he uses later for his Theurgy.

i dont understand, the whole Chidori section is missing and her fight isn't here either....
