Persian Engagement Celebration: A Journey of Love and Culture | Indian Iranian Couple 💍🎉

Persian Engagement Celebration: A Journey of Love and Culture | Indian Iranian Couple 💍🎉
After two years of a long-distance relationship, I finally traveled to Iran to reunite with Romina. It was an adventure filled with new experiences, from navigating unfamiliar customs and culture to overcoming the language barrier with Romina as my translator.
During my stay, Romina and I decided on our engagement and wedding dates. Our celebrations were marked by simplicity and intimacy, as we opted to forgo extravagant banquets and DJs, instead inviting only our closest family and friends to share in our joy.
On September 25, 2013, we exchanged rings in a heartfelt engagement ceremony, followed by our wedding just 20 days later. In this vlog, we invite you to witness the beauty of Iranian culture through our cherished traditions and celebrations.
Join us as we reminisce about these special moments and reflect on the warmth and love that brought us together. Don't forget to like, comment, subscribe to our channel, and share your thoughts with us! Your support means the world to us. #Engagement #RingCeremony #Persian #IndianIranianCouple

Welcome to Family on Travel! Ved, an Indian, and Romina, an Iranian, whose love story began unexpectedly in New Delhi, India. Our journey together officially started in the back seat of a taxi, on our way to the airport. Despite the challenges we faced, we knew deep down that we were destined to be together. We're blessed with an adorable little boy, Vivaan, filling our lives with colorful memories.
As an Indo-Iranian couple, our love knows no bounds and celebrates the beauty of diversity. Through our stories and experiences, we aim to inspire and remind you that love transcends language, culture, and geography. Join us as we navigate cultural differences, celebrate the richness of our backgrounds, and share the joys and challenges of being an intercultural couple.
Our story is a testament to the fact that love knows no borders. It's the force that unites people from different cultures, races, and religious backgrounds. As the saying goes, "The Earth is but one Country, and Mankind its Citizens."

Afghanistan was Buddhist, Hindu and Zoroastrian- Hindu Shahis had Kabul as their capital for a only 20 years before shifting to Peshawar. While the prehistoric roots of Indic and Parsic civilizations have significant cultural overlaps, they eveolved separately. e.g. The devas of Vedic culture were ' bad guys' while Asuras are the good guys in Zoroastrianism (Ahura Mazda). It is speculated that the Devasur Sangam was the schism that lead to two separate streams of culture. Thoda bahut padh likh lena chahiye kabhi kabhi. 😉

The sounds that the ladies are making is called " Hulhuli" and is done during Hindu marriages in the Odiya,Bengal communities too.It is done to ward off evil energies.. Interestingly in the Aghori lore,Iran is called Vashishtha Bhumi (Rishi Vashishtha)and fire worship was taught by him to the Parsis..aka the ZoroastriansPersia, the original inhabitants of Persia.

It is so nice to such open culture which looks more native to Iran compared to the Arab. Didn’t know this side of Iran. Was thinking that Iran is totally Islamic. I hope this continues. The sound making is a tradition in Bengal too.

Iranians are basically Parsis, although many of them had converted into Islam. Original Parsi community who settled in India after onsalught of Islam in Iran, that was earlier called Parsia are very proud Indians who have contributed in almost all the sectors of India's all all-around development. Indians are very proud of parsi community in India 😊😊😊

@Neeha Kumari I do not know what point you are trying to make. Where Hindu has come in referance of conversion of Parsis in Iran? I am also doubtful about your credentials as Hindu which you appear to be sheep in disguise by probably fake Hindu name. We are talking about Pasia i.e Iran and you are deleberately & mischievously bringing hindus in the issue of their islamic conversion in Iran, nonsensically without any reference and context.. It shows your hate and obsession towards Hindus, because of that you are blind to see the fact that Hindus never converted these Parsis into Hinduism and as a matter of fact people of no other religion, but given all honour and freedom to practice their religion in majority Hindu India without any discrimination. No other country in the world, not to say of 57 islamic countries, where minorities have all rights equal to majority Hindu community, ensured by secular constitution of India. Tell mey which Islamic country is secular or has given any equal rights as that of majority muslims in their countries? But because of secular ethos of Hindus ,Parsis are still surviving and thriving in India economically, educationally and even in India's defence services with most luminous parsi arm chief Gen Manek Shaw in the list of luminaries of parsi community, with their honour intact where as they have virtually vanished in islamic Iran. Do not try to lie and befool the world who knows the islamic history of invasion on others land and forceful conversion of native population India itself is the best example of that during tyrannical Moghul, Turk islamic rule in India. World is not ignorant like you. Try to educate yourselves reading history books properly and see the fact before blurting out nonsensical rubbish. 😬😬😬😬
