I see the difference now. They increased the deflex on the limb (by about 20°) to reduce the limb stress and help improve torsional stability.
Even though I am not 100% used to the poundage, this has become my favorite bow to shoot...
Had at Persia, low Persian/Turkish bows. I only own one for now, but hope to own more in the future. This future put this particular bow on the list of bows to look into in the future. Its a pretty bow, AF usually does a good job with their bows, so not many fears in getting a solid product for the price. I've also been looking into getting a crab bow, even rewatching your old reviews on them. So this could be the perfect combo. Crab bow and persian aesthetic. You're always the best marketing/ad for these companies. lol Out of my 6 bows, 5 are bows you've done videos on. (Kheshig, Hankyu, Black Hunter, Turkish Fiberglass, Ming Kaiyuan). So as always great review. Bow looks like a good bow, good sound, nice curves. Looks like a smooth shooter.
My 50lbs version is very nice to draw and to shoot... does have the feeling of ease to get to full draw...
Some of the cleanest arrow flights there in the slow mo footage ;) nice review!
Another pretty bow by AF! I love the crab bow shape! Seems to perform rather well. Thanks for another great review as always my friend!
Can you do a side by side comparison of all the Mughal crab bows maybe?
🤩🏹 Cool bow! I realized a change I’m going to make when holding arrows. Always learning🙇🏻♂️ Great review!
I want one ❤️ for my private practice 🥰
Very nice looking bow! I always look forward to your reviews! Thank you, Armin!!!🏹🎯👍🏻
Oh boy, so sweet!! Putting it on the list. Thanks Armin, happy weekend everybody.

Great bow! My 35 # is my favorite now.
Awesome bow!!
Gorgeous curvature, the upper level of draw weight for me due to upper back issues, think I just found my next bow
Its a pleasure to the eye, lookin you use that thumb draw
Merci beaucoup l'Ami !
This crab bow is really silent! Wow! 👏👏👏 The handle shape is a bit different to my AF Crab bow, I’m under the impression that the siyah angle is modified and I don’t have the carbon core ☺️ Very nice crab bow! Much fun with your ’keeper’! Thank you so much for the nice review, dear Armin!

The outer layer of fiberglass on the belly gets covered by a bamboo layer on the siyahs. This is what Armin calls a separate layer because of how it optically looks. But it lets light through, and if you look carefully, it is the outer layer just continued to the tip, but it stands out visually where the bright bamboo layer is covering it. The fiberglass layer also seems to get a bit thicker on the siyahs. Hope thus helps!
that bow looks beautiful.
I have to stop watching your Videos mate. My shopping list is ever growing 😂

I love how heavy arrows fly almost as fast with this bow as the 9gpp arrows... Feels surprising and fun to launch those heavy arrows like that.

It is 18gram 9gpp. It light weight arrow
my favorite seafood 🦀
Another good review, and yet another very tempting nice bow! One question though: what arrow speed measuring device do you use? It doesn't have those clumsy wireframes you have to shot through - which looks like a big advantage to me.

Thanks. It’s the virtue clock 3
Old vs new when unstrung shows a huge difference in shape. There is also less mass in the levers and tips... Different materials and they have not shown any updated specifications...
I literally broke my previous version right at the reinforce part in the new ver. 1 day after watching this. Seriously!

I think best would be some whipping around the crucial parts. which poundage did you have?

@@ArminHirmer Just 40# I got the old AF 35# Turkish since mid 2020 and still going strong pass 5,000 shot. for sure The first version of crab bow definitely have design flaw so they went and fix it.
I really like the way that bow shot, it seems like it was really fast for the poundage. For the poundage do you think it’s one of the fastest one of the bows you a shot?
@ArminHirmer

for sure a fast one, not sure if its the fastest

Did the rain wake up "The Girls" (mosquitos) ?
Is it just me or is that bow slightly asymmetrical? At first I thought it was just the camera angle, but when Armin took it off the tiller I could swear the upper siyah was longer than the lower. Not by much, I'd say 2-3 cm tops. Not that it's a problem, it's a really pretty bow.
Hallo Armin.

@@ArminHirmer hello Armin thank you for your fast reply! It may be all of these things at once! Time to watch you shoot in slowmo again!
Is there anyone making Native American style bows? Would be interesting to see one of that style compared.
Hey quick question, if you have up to $600 us dollars to spend, what bow would you get, anything turkish or asian, I have a 30 inch draw, and coming form longbows. Prefer something with zero stacking. Im looking at the ZhuRan bow from AF, its $339, but if I can get something better ill do that. THanks.
@ArminHirmer
Жыл бұрын
ZhuRan is a great bow, fits in your budget. Go for it. Its just the ZhuRan does wayyyyy more than 30" So if you are not considering of going longer in draw, its kind of a waste. Every tatar or Turkish bow would fit better

I like the curves of this one, and the generous brace height. Looks like a fun bow.
She’s got beautiful curves Armin. Like I said before , if these bows were ladies then you’d be the shaken not stirred kind of man. Godbless Master Brother 🙏

Battle of the Persian bows followed by Turks, Chinese, and Mongol for a final top bow of the orient. It’s all subjective in the end but might be fun
