It's a single story 4 bedroom home. It has high ceilings not a second floor.
These flex rooms are strange to me

This is close to I-35 in New Braunfels. I don't think they will let you park a SIMI in the community. Would have to check the community rules. What price point are you looking at? Texting is the best way to reach me, 2102544425
