The players do more media in Sweden than abroad. In case you haven't noticed, we have a slightly different media culture in Sweden. Players have closer contacts with journalists. Which makes them very comfortable and there are mixed interviews, everything from football to humour. During the Euros for example, journalists stayed at the same hotel and location as the Swedish national team and had a media tent outside the hotel throughout the championship where the players did a lot of media. There are hundreds of clips from England this summer with all the players. Swedes and Scandinavians have laid-back characters, integrity and are not the ones who put themselves into the spotlight. Some players have developed such characters when they moved abroad. Like Stina, Jonna, Glas, Fridolina etc. Magda very much too! Even though she has always been one of the players who has been quite well spoken. She is from the capital. I've also seen rumors floating around that Magdalena & Pernille are interested in moving to Lyon this summer when their contracts expire. I haven't read any Swedish article confirming this via their sources. Just one that referred to the English journalist who had written about it. When Swedish sports journalists write about rumors or transfers that are very current about our players, it's usually true. Credibility is the key in Swedish media, we don't like to read false rumours and gossip. That's why players also have closer contacts with journalists.

@@nalalosch8073 Absolutely! The thing is that Magda & Pernille mostly do interviews together in English. They became "a viral couple" after the picture from the World Cup 2019. When the picture got so much attention they thought it was strange, since it's normal in Sweden & Scandinavia to love whoever you want. We saw no difference in the picture where Rolfö kisses her boyfriend versus Magda kissing Pernille. It made them realise that it's not the same everywhere in the world and that they have a platform to actually make an impact. But of course, Magda talks a lot about Pernille in Swedish too! It's her partner and they're both professional footballers. Mostly about how much support she gets from Pernille and how valuable it is for Magda to have a partner who really understands her.
