    20 years together ;) Thanks for the encouraging words! We had a huge water week and I'm quickly realizing that "Flash Floods" can turn into a real asset for us in sustainability and cost savings as we have to pay for our water.

    @@wallpello_1534 Thanks! We are going the native route but we have a huge lift first against the invasives. Privet, English and Poison Ivy, WISTERIA- So much WISTERIA! and three different types of Bamboo. Send us positive energy! LOL
