FACTS! It's a no-brainer. Lakers will be a 1st or 2nd round exit and Klay would have gotten all the blame. Dallas is much more promising and the tax and cost of living is huge. Not to mention, it's a lot safer in Dallas than Los Angeles.

The Lakers do have shooters. They were ranked number 9 in the league as far as 3 point percentage goes, only 1.3 percent behind the league leader. They just need to shoot more of them. They are actually 10 points behind the league leader in point differential. 3 more made three pointers per game will erase most of that. They ranked dead last in 3 pointers attempted (11 shots per game behind), so this shouldn't be too difficult to manage given the team's shooting percentage.

best thing they did this season was draft the 3 point shooter. im thinking pelinka needs to do better or get out of the way!

I think Clay will regret not going to the Lakers, but that's what winning 4 chips will do. He thinks he's better being a role player for Bron but you're about to do the same thing for Luka and Kyrie. I think most nba players are jealous and hate lebron. Most of them refuse to play with lebron to help solidify his greatness.

And Dallas has proven to be a better team. Why join the Lakers to be a 1st or 2nd round exit and then become the scapegoat when you can play in Dallas and have a legit chance to get back to the Finals?

Klay's father of all people knows that team, the management and the fanbase. Why would he even wish that upon his son with Lebron stans always blaming everyone else? There are times to not listen to your parents. Klay's dad was speaking from emotion instead of logic. Klay has a lot of respect for Kyrie and Luka...much more respect than he has of Lebron. It was a no-brainer to pick Dallas, especially with the deterioration of the Los Angeles. Again, parents don't always know best. I'm rooting for Klay.
