Perkedel kentang is basically indonesian fried potato balls, which form is a bit flatten. Perkedel comes from dutch word Frikadeller atau Frikadel. Kentang is potato. Kornet is indonesian word of corned beef. So this version is using corned beef to pimp up the perkedel kentang.
500 gr potato // 500 gr kentang
100 gr corned beef // 100 gr kornet sapi
2 cloves garlic // 2 siung bawang putih
4 shallots // 4 bawang merah
2 eggs // 2 telur
1 tsp salt // 1 sdt garam
1 tsp pepper // 1 sdt merica
2 tbsp flour // 2 sdm tepung terigu
1 spring onion // 1 daun bawang
