I was caught off-guard in a good way by this performance! Going up an octave in what I call the "Mike Patton section" ( "mirror image the child of coddled demeanor) - that was so clever. Interesting adaptation there; that part's so melodically weird isn't it? And the screams. You got so good, so quickly, at this. Amazing job.

Thanks Josh! 🤘🏻 if I tried singing that part in the same register as Spencer, it would sound like grunting 😂 I know it doesn’t always sound like it, but I am a soprano! Also, I really appreciate your comment on my screams!!! Having this channel has really pushed me to work on them!! 😊

"All grunt before the pale one!" But yeah I can see how some parts are like that. Where it's in that weird gray area of "I can hit the note but coming from me, it wouldn't sound right." The struggle is real for me as an alto.

@@kaylenebarber honestly there are other little things you deserve kudos for, you made some changes like the way you end "pale" at 4:15, almost going falsetto with it? Spencer does it with his signature grit but you took it in a prettier direction and it works too
