on eday i was sleeping and woke up with this strange tingling sensation in my left feet and hands..Fearing stroke I immediately went to see a neuro,,he gave medicines for one month and situation got way better..Pripr to this i was suffering from tail bone and heel pain ..Hoping to restart gym in a day or two..Tingling is still there

मुझे डायबिटीज है मै दवाऐ ले रहा हूँ डायबिटीज कंट्रोल भी है पर मुझे तलवो मे बहुत जलन होती है दो साल से मै न्यूरोसर्जन की सलाह से i prag m 75 and allcap ले रहा हूँ फिर भी मुझे जलन मे आराम नही है शाम को जलन बढ़ जाती है कभी कभी हाथो की ऊँगलीयों मे सुन्नपन सा लगता है ।ये बीमारी कैसे ठीक होगी जलन के कारण मै जूते नही पहन पाता हूँ।कृपया सलाह देने का कष्ट करे ।धन्यवाद।

Good evening brother my vit b12 level were found to be 9pg/ml my doctor had given me optineuron injections along with folic acid tablets for 7 days i had only one symptom that is tingling hands after the medications i was feeling alright i hit the gym then again the symptoms return now i dont feel tingling as before but have shock like sensation along with light diminished momevents when i revisited my doc he didn't give me medicine he told me it would take time and heal on its own kindly guide me brother will this problem persist forever?
