For b12 Dhoondh milk ko phad kar jo uska apni hota hai use liye ya aate me mix karle. B12 ka natural source hai Lenin ka be samay tak Lena padhega. Dusra method Kala Chana aur saboot mung ko ankurit (bhi Gnr baad jab keele phoot jaye) to use khaye. Dono ko lagatar apni diet me le B12 pani me Bhulna wala vitamin hota hai aur ye bidy me Roktak nahi hai To aapko lagatar Lena padhega Ye dahi dhoodh chhachh y Phate hue dhoodh ke pani me hota hai. Ya phir Chiken y mutton khaye Homeo medicine jo mai use kart hun Syzyium jambolanum ,jimnema,abroma Augusta,cyflendra Indica ki 20 20 ml aik Kali Shishu me mix karle aur Usme 10 ml arsenic bromatum Mila le. Ye 90 ml liquid ban gaya . Ye sab mother tincture me kharidna Phir din me 3 bar 30 30 bunde lena. 15 din se 30 din baad Aapka asar dikhega. Leti rahna aapko 3 se 6 machine me uska Fay da dikhega.
