I listen to and record metal music and acoustic stuff, but I found this channel years ago and have been searching out and listening to synthwave ever since. Everything changes when you see it, the dust settling to the ground, becomes as liquid as your sensations; you drift off and awake in the ruins of the ancient. They told stories of them when you were young, the ancient people who walked the earth before their metal machines devoured their own makers, and a world weeped with streams of blood. You find art painted on the walls, it shows a different world, a time before you. It’s just you and your thoughts: you don’t know how to feel about the ancient ones, your mind is caving in on itself. You can’t understands what to believe. Shocked you sit down. The sand vibrates and your plunged into the dark the little light shows the ruined faces following your descent. You gasp awake, sweat adorns your forehead, looking around you realize it was all a dream. Finding your way to the window you open yourself to the world’s eye, except now a neon city is crowned with a metal moon. You are an ancient. And your journey has just begun.

I stopped listening to this kind of music in early 2023 due to studies. Life changed a lot in 1 year. Now I'm back and feeling pretty relaxed.
