Menstruation & Ramadan
As for Ramadan fasts, she is required to make up any missed days due to menstruation or lochia after Ramadan is finished at a time when she is able. She should record the number of fasting days missed so that she does not forget how many fasts she owes.
A menstruating woman can eat and drink during the day in Ramadan, but she should do so discretely and not in public. If she believes that it is unlawful for her to eat or drink, then it is necessary (wājib) for her to do so because refraining from food or drink with the intention of fasting is sinful for her.
Menstruation Is Not a Punishment
The Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) said about menstruation,
“Verily this is a matter Allah has written upon the girls of Prophet Adam (Allah bless him) (…).” [Bukhari]
Allah says in the Quran,
“For whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger, and fears Allah and is mindful of Him, then it is they who will (truly) triumph.” [Quran, 24:52]
Allah (Most High) has commanded menstruating women and women in a state of lochia (post-natal bleeding) to refrain from the ritual prayer and ritual fasting. Thus, if a menstruating woman fulfills this command with the intention to submit to Allah’s order, she is actually worshipping Allah the entire time that she refrains from the ritual prayer and ritual fasting. As one of my teachers in Damascus said, “Her praying while pure is worship (ibada), and her refraining from prayer while menstruating is worship. All of it is worship.”

1. Listen to the Quran
2. Make Much Remembrance (Dhikr) of Allah
3. Send Blessings Upon the Prophet (Allah Bless Him and Give Him Peace)
4. Give Generously In Charity
5. Be Kind to Others, Including Spouses & Family Members
6. Make Dua for the Umma
7. Make Much Repentance
8. Feed Fasting People
9. Show Allah Goodness
10. Carry Out Any Righteous Deed

my first period starting at the age of 16 it was ramadan and Friday and on the same day i had a math exam in school. i didn't know the do's and dont's of period all i knew that we should hide it from men and only talk about it with women, in the morning every lady was sleeping i put the safety byself and was so much nervous about staining i went to school and i prayed in heart " ya allah dont make me ashamed of the blood stain " guess what when i reached school paper got postponed 😂 i was happy that allah listened to my dua now i can go home and talk to elder girl about it ..... after everything it was friday i didn't know that no fast , no prayer. i offered friday salat by heart 😂 my cousin came to tell me that lunch is ready when she saw me i am making dua i finished the whole salah 😂 , she " who told you to pray... i am 23 now it still remember the day.

Assalamualaikum. My only dua or wish is that my HSC board exams get postponed, so that I can get enough time and finish my syllabus. I couldn't study at all because of stress, anxiety. I really need to pass my board exams with gpa 5 , otherwise I won't me able to get admission in university and my education would be stopped then & there . But I am the only hope of my mother that I would be studying in good uni & get a job. If I don't get gpa 5 me and my mom are gonna get tortured by father mentally , verbally. So please kindly pray for me. I need your sincere dua's. May Allah grant your wishes and prayers . Ameen.

Periods ki halat me quran shareef baghair dekhe bhi nahi padh sakte... Sirf sun sakte hai. Aap ne kahan ke quran shareef ki aakhri 10 suratein padh sakte hai ya surah yaaseen yaad ho tho padh sakte hai... Aisa hargiz nahi hai... Bilkul tilawat nahi karsakte... Ek baar aap is par roushni daliye..
