I have to piggy back tylenol, advil, AND aleve. I take double the amount too. I find that the cramps are easier to manage if I take the analgesics at the first hint of them. If I don't take anything, my cramps get so bad ill be in the fetal position in pain. I also get nauseous and extremely tired. I need to remember to listen to this in hopes that it will ease my cramps.

Binaural beats should be considered the number one medicine. It's basically sound therapy. Lots of researches have been done regarding their effect on us - on our mental & physical well being. Since I've experienced the worst headache that I could ever have (my brain felt like it's about to explode and I was unable to move at all due to the pain). Pills didn't work. I've searched for binaural beats and after 3-5 mins, the pain was almost completely gone. Thank you for sharing this gem. I woke up at 7 am in pain, weak knees, barely walked to the bathroom without collapsing on the stairs. I have stopped taking painkillers a while ago and I only listen to binaural beats when something hurts and I'm way better overall. For those of you that already know about binaural beats- suggest them to the ones around you! 💖🙏 Remember that the pharmacy and hospitals are making money off sick people. Pills have side effects, binaural beats don't. 💖🙏

Dear God, I woke up and realised my cycle had begun and the cramps were not too bad at that time so I brushed my teeth and did some chores and then instead of making breakfast, I decided to sleep. The cramps were still not too bad but after 1 hour they started kicking in like crazy. They were killing me. I could feel the contractions and relaxations and I prayed for the relaxations to last longer but no they didn't. I puked twice. My pain killer was puked out. So my mother gave me a heatpad and it caused some ease. Then she put on this and I slept to this and THANK YOU, THANK GOD the nightmare's over Thank you, for creating this! I wish I didn't have periods at all.

Within 2 minutes, I feel the cramps easing off slightly. Even that little bit of relief brought me to tears. I have PMDD, so I start getting cramps, migraines, and other issues around ten days before my period even starts. The cramps are unbearable, but because I have to go to work, I just grit my teeth and bear it, forcing myself through the pain (that's America for you). I drive home crying, exhausted, and unable to fully engage with anyone or anything on days where my PMDD is severe. I will listen to this tonight, to see if it helps. I'm laying in bed right now in absolute agony.

this is of course with the caveat that you eat a plenty big snack FIRST... but if ibuprofen at higher doses isnlt working as well as it should... IF YOU HAVE NO HEART/KIDNEY CONDITIONS, try taking just TWO ibuprofen, two Naproxen Sodium (Aleve) (and ONLY at the first dose. all other 12 hour doses of Aleve should be only one pill. Aleve is not any more effecatious at higher doses. the first two-pill dose is called a "loading dose") Naproxen Sodium is the same drug, essentially, prescribed to women with extreme pain from endometriosis, etc. it's probably going to be better for cramping. but if you have found that ibuprofen IS somewhat effective, the two drugs should work very well together for you. if you're not able to take Aleve, you can try a small dose of benadryl with the ibuprofen to help potentiate it. meaning "make it work better", basically. chronic pain human here from a ton of sports injuries that is slowly getting a Street Cred master's degree in pharmaceuticals lol

hey also... i make this magnesium oil and keep it in a spray bottle, no need for other ingredients! lemme find it... Ingredients 1/2 cup magnesium chloride flakes 1/2 cup distilled water a glass bowl or glass measuring cup a glass spray bottle (this is the one in the picture above) Instructions Boil the distilled water. It is important to use distilled to extend the shelf life of the mixture. Place the magnesium chloride flakes in the glass bowl or measuring cup and the pour the boiling water over it. Stir well until completely dissolved. Let cool completely and store in the spray bottle. Can be stored at room temperature for at least six months.

I could not sleep till 3 in the morning. I could not take the pain alone. So I frantically searched for period pain relief subliminals. They worked 40%. I was still suffering and struggling. I was like screw subliminals, I will listen to binaural beats as they work better for me. So I played this and read a few top comments. Within 10 minutes, the pain levels reduced. and after 15 minutes I was pain free fully. I got only a couple seconds of pain later that's it. And then I woke up from surprising miraculous 6 hours of deep sleep and relaxation later feeling lighter and relaxed. I listened 3 full times only. 10 minutes was enough. It started paining again after waking. It is afternoon now and I am listening to it again for same effect. It is working. Thank you creator of this channel for this working and sideeffect free fast cure for period pain. I barely get results from any videos but this one has proven me it works. That's why I commented. Thank u. Otherwise I was going to faint, vomit and take strong pain medications but none of that happened after this audio thanks. I always felt really sceptical about this kind of music, but this time due to the pain I couldn't study for tomorrow's exam and I was just desperate and decided to search for it... And somehow it works. I feel so much better.

This helped me today. I’m in a parking lot of a restaurant and almost cancelled due to cramps. I have noticed the more emotional a month, the more intense my cramps. It’s like a release. This frequency helps. Thank you!

I use to have killer cramps that would knock me to the floor. It turns out I had fibroids and ovarian cyst that were causing pain. I start taking iodine supplement, and within 3 months my cysts shrank 3 cm and the pain is so a 3-4 scale compared to 10. I also started sleeping for 7 hours which have regulated my period. Before I was only sleeping 4-5 hours.

Listening to this and doing my usual yoga to help calm my cramps is the best thing. Just stretching in a yoga position and having this calm me, it felt amazing and it helped with my cramps a lot

Very surprised. I starting playing this with mild discomfort, then went on to do some online shopping, which kept me distracted for around an hour, checked out, caught up with my other opened tabs, through which I remembered having had this playing, only to notice that not only don't I feel any pain anymore (which usually lasts for at least 4 hours), I actually feel this warm, cozy sensation in my lower abdomen, like it's actually more relaxed than normal... Good Vibes is definitely one of the good ones for healing frequencies. Many thanks! :)
