yung formula na defferel magagamit lang kapag given yung period tama po ba ??
For #5 question: As stated magbabayad palang after 4 months...diba dapat sa 5th months sya magsisimula magbayad kasi after 4 months pa mag-umpisa yung bayad nya? ang labo😅
sir question ko lang po. payable siya monthly for 2 years. pero bat po 21 lang ung months ng payments? hindi po ba 24 payments? tas ung delay niya na 4 mos

21 lang po kasi mag-start pa lang po yung pagbayad immediately AFTER 4 months. And yung k = 3 po is from 4 - 1 (Di na kasama yung end of 4th month since dun na tayo nagstart magbayad kaya need natin ibawas). So 24 months minus 3 "deferred" months is equal to 21 months in total. Yan po pagkakaintindi ko so correct me if I'm wrong na lang.

Diba yung present pabalik sa P, so i lump sum sya pabalik -24ip
Hindi ba i lump sum sya pabalik to present, so -24ip yung k hindi -3
