Very nice work from Hugh Fraser. Easy but precise articulation, understated but still effective coloring of the speech of different characters. I believe the casting of him as Captain Hastings was an underutilization of his talent.

I did love him as Captain Hastings. He brought such intelligence to the part . It doesn't matter that the character he played was not so bright, he was brilliant in a kind of chiaroscuro relationship with the vain little Poirot.

I couldn’t hear the end, music interrupted twice and then it never got to the end……..it kept on wanting to play the next book…… anyone else experience this? I am a Agatha fan but it’s not pleasant not to get to the end after listening for so long

This was my experience , so disappointing , will try to find another version on KZread just to get the ending. First problem ever with OTR.
