Hey Tobias! This is a friendly tip, when you're using your baking rack you can line the bottom with some aluminum foil to catch the seasons and dripping that sometimes burn on the bottom of the rack. This will make the cleaning process so much easier, just lift the foil at the end and throw away and gently wash your rack without soaking and scrubbing.😊❤

Thank you for showing your technique in cutting the back bone out of the chicken before seasoning. I never thought of doing that and I usually end up throwing that part out anyway! I am going to try your recipe! It looks absolutely delicious and I can't wait to try it!

Marinating, and make sure you’re rubbing the seasonings under the skin.
