I also found this shop on medellin, what lured me in was the pleasant and rich aroma that I felt while doing customs.Right now wife is in medellin getting me like 3 more bags since the ones I bought literally got used up. It was many years ago that I sat in the airport in Medellin waiting for my delayed flight. I got bored and walked around the terminal, eventually finding the Pergamino coffee stand hidden under the escalator. I wandered in and the young man inside told me that their coffee was the best in the world. I am ... er, was a coffee snob! I thought I knew coffee due to 15+ years of traveling to Costa Rica. I ordered a cup of Pergamino coffee and returned to my gate. I had been drinking my coffee for a few minutes when I realized that this was a GREAT cup of coffee. I returned to the coffee shop and ordered another cup of coffee. I have ordered Pergamino coffee via the internet for the past four years Now I truly a coffee snob! ☕️
