Its a brand called Celebi Parfum! The dupe is called Picture of a lady!

They actually make their own perfume and dupe perfumes! And their perfume concentrations are on the higher side!

I’d say around average its not one that I felt was extremely long lasting I think. I dont remember I havent repurchased it a bottle. Its gorgeous!!!
Sisley is such a classic! Eau Du Soir is one of my favorite fragrances ever.
