Wonder if they suffer from PTSD from the torture their genius choreographer puts them through learning and remembering these insanely detail oriented dance numbers. Such pros. One of my favorite Perfume songs. I know they'll never perform it when they visit LA...

Puripurr True! But as a performer myself, it’s easier to leave them on the ear since it can be some what time consuming and a hassle to putting the mic on and then taking it off in between songs. But who knows!

It's probably because this whole song is auto tuned. It's easier to set a separate mic to auto tune than to try and switch between normal and auto tune on one device. I've seen many people do the same thing, particular Takuya from UVERworld. For certain songs you sometimes see him holding two mics where one is on auto tune and the other is normal.
