Mad props to Alice for her bravery,ethics,and her choice of songs.Wow! Probably not exactly what the organizers at exponential medicine had in mind, an honest girl who wasn't afraid to tell them the Truth,and at least try and teach them a thing or two about having Empathy and how she feels more comfortable,on the street around the so called(regular people) in the world. read "Against Empathy" by Paul Bloom. He contends empathy may be dangerous, not in all situations of course, but we could do with more compassion, forgiveness and understanding. Love your music.

Imo, Phoebe Lou who has a nice voice and a real commitment to music, doesn't have it! Meaning, have it as the understandings of what makes songs good or great. She has good songs, but in music as in film, there's something called tension and release and she's unaware of how to make that happen. When you transition from a thunderstorm one moment to a whisper the next.

I think she really held back in some of this, for various reasons. She knows exactly how to create tension and release. Have you listened to her song “She” for example? Watch any of her live busking performances and you will see she is an actual expert of ‘it’.
