would this app be good to measure torque&power curve of a 49 ccm motorbike? to work with power figures like 3 hp.

Amigo comprei esse aplicativo porem nao consegui usa-lo corretamente. Ja li o manual varias vezes mais nao deu certo. As vezes a potencia aparece 25CV as vezes 90CV. Meu carro é um Bravo Tjet 1.4 que esta atualmente com 180CV. Pode me ajudar? Ja testei de 1° marcha, 2° e 3° e deu na mesma. Seria algo de estou deixando de fazer certo?

Mine will not read and I’m slightly confused on if it’s got longer gears because my 3rd gear starts at 60mph goes to 100mph and it’s kind of difficult to get to 100 on city streets is there anyway to get past this? Also 4th gear is @ .96 how can I put this in if it must be above 1.0?

What is with an automatic gearbox?

You have to be able to lock the gearbox on a specific gear, to accelerate from low revs (approx 1500-2000rpm) to the max engine rev, keeping the same gear. Most modern automatic gearboxes have a manual mode, allowing you to do so. If there is no way to keep the same gear from low rev to high rev at wide open throttle, then you will not be able to use the Dyno mode for now, but only the Timed Run mode. We plan to add a special Dyno mode for such cars in the future. For example, we have successfully used PerfExpert Dyno on VW/Audi cars equipped with DSG gearboxes. On these cars, be careful to not trigger the "kick-down" button that is under the throttle pedal during measurement : this will downshift while you try to accelerate the car at low rev. Sounds like a tutorial video on an automatic would be interesting.

Thank´s for the answer. My car has a DSG gearbox and a manuel mode. But after the rev limiter the geradbox shift automatic up.

Ok, so don't let the gearbox shift up during the measurement (when you wide open throttle). To do so : note the exact engine rev at which the gearbox automatically shift up. Then during measurement, release the throttle at this engine rev, and let the car slow down. PerfExpert will see this as the end of measurement and will stop a few seconds later.

Hi patrwng this is engine hp. PerfExpert calculates losses according to your car profile parameters (tire sizes, Cd.A, engine displacement...) and shows you 2 results values for each test : wheel horsepower and engine horsepower. This video was made with an older app version that display only engine hp.

Hi. In the test of your video shows that your car has 189 hp it doesnt work. That car has 130 h.p its a Corolla Gti.
