These are all so delicous looking! Hey, just a friendly shout out of a tip to level up your (already excellent) knife skills: when scraping your chopped veg from the cutting board to the bowl, flip your knife blade so the sharp edge is up. Dragging the sharp cutting edge against surfaces repeatedly dulls your knife. If you flip your knife you keep the blade sharper longer. Less need for honing your blade.

I made the green salad today. It was really good. I was surprised how tasty the chickpea and edamame salad was with so few ingredients. Winner!

A delicious way to welcome in Spring! You always combine the best bowls! What size in diameter is your round cutting board? I think it helps give a good bowl-sized visual as you are preparing the different ingredients.

Happy you think so Bonnie! You can always find the full measurements in the linked posts in the description box if you want to make the recipes. I'm not entirely sure what the diameter is 🤔 Maybe 35 cm? 😊

So delicious, Malin. I really love all three bowls, but especially the first one. It looks so fresh! The one ingredient I just don’t like is red beetroot. I just don’t like the flavoured the smell of it but I love golden or yellow beetroot. It’s so different in flavour and it has a gorgeous colour and I always eat it raw. Do you have that variety in Sweden? 😘❤️

Your mandolin slicer looks handy. What brand is it? 🙂 I've been looking for one and really don't know which one I should get.

Thank you for your kind words, I'm so glad you enjoy! Here in Sweden MSG is not such a common ingredient in things like stock cubes. Maybe try to find an organic brand? They usually skip such additives. I also like to use stock powder which is a good option. Or you could try better than boullion paste if you're in the US? I've seen many vegan recipe creators use that there 😊

Where do you get herbal salt from? I’ve never heard of it. Is it Swedish? Want to make these Buddha bowls for definite.
