Vit till you have 170 energy (I have 180 here but I keep it at 170 usually) and rest all magic. 0 dex or str added.

I might upload some old footage sometime but unfortunately I don't play PWI anymore. As much as I love it, the player base has dwindled significantly and this company gets greedier every day making the game more and more pay to win. Let me say that Barb is now one of the weakest class as damage and one of the bad for 1v1. Struggling to reach the target, have to abuse of genie, then failing para/occult and get stunned back in human = GG. Basically same problem of old days, just the fact that other class step up more. Probably can be interesting only if our para is 100% without that stupid 20 sec of cd. Beside that he messed up with cc, so many time he wasted para when occult was up and was out of cc skills when occult finish. Plus better to use antistun+speed on both pot/vt to try to put pressure and close the gap. Also can go for gold slap to shield damage from range.

Kinda feel like... that barb didn't necessarily play badly. Not especially great, but not badly. But they just don't have the dmg to get the job done here. The difference in how much ruby can pressure him vs how much he can pressure her is overwhelmingly in ruby's favor. Ruby didn't play badly, in fact, played a very clean, low-risk style. But I kinda feel like watching the video, I didn't see enough dmg from this barb to warrant such a low-risk playstyle even. I don't think this barb can seriously hurt ruby with anything less than the most lucky, zc-on-tangling-mire arma. If Ruby had wanted to, could have dmg-bullied the barb way more than he did even. The barbs I fight who are scary, random zcs on (anything) can tick my charm. This barb in all those fights only managed to knock off a mere 80k or so hp from the charm. That just isn't gonna get the job done! Edit: It does have to be said, if you wanna seriously kill a wiz, you gotta be prepared to burn a lot of Revelation Apoth. Can't let wiz have a get out of jail free card every single time. At least when you go for your big combo, you need to be pre-emptively using revelation apoth to keep up the attack.

Barbs are the easiest class for wiz.. not even worth recording tbh

That is actually not the case, Barbarians have always had quite the advantage over wizards in a 1v1 scenario but it does depend upon players as well.

@@prodigyphenomenal2335 Trust me, I have over a decade of experience on the wizard. A barb can infinitely kite once Faith is over & has a plethora of defensive maneuvers it can use to stay alive whereas one combo with a successful mighty swing can take out the wizard. Invoke, Solid shield, Faith, Defense level stacking buff, Pots, AD are already more than enough to prevent death, add Soul of Fire on top of that and the wizard's strongest combo is completely nullified. I cannot speak for the barbarians on your server but I have fought some incredibly skilled ones on mine. Like I said player skill makes a huge difference, a great wizard might destroy a decent/good barbarian but when you fight a great barbarian then you realize what it can do. Hmmm if you have a decade experience on wiz why do you use expel on a barb.. barb has a built in wood damage that can go through physical immune and still knock you down in your vid your purify weap procs like its on steroid so u got away even after a knock down. Ps i play wiz with years of exp too and its all on pk server not a pve like pwi U are not even spamming hailstorm or sandfall in which the freeze effect is crucial for short range enemy🤔

@@prodigyphenomenal2335 Lol this was a casual fight, I'm not even trying here. I could have ended my opponent on many occasions but I did not. Can't get away after the paralyze even if purify procs because a barb can easily one-bang you before the hard CC ends, this barb's damage is not high otherwise he could have easily killed me on many occasions. Most of the damage comes from physical attacks, I have capped wood resistance. Added wood damage never is a problem for me, why wouldn't I keep expel? granted in this fight it wasn't really needed but better safe than sorry I guess. I don't know if your server has glyphs but barbs have some pretty hard hitting skills that deal physical damage. Hailstorm is super unreliable & not really required all the time as I was able to do just fine with stone rain, frozen flame, blinding blaze, force of will & mountain's seize - quite a bit of CC there. Just because its there doesn't mean you have to spam the living hell out of every single skill possible - unless you need to. PK server I see, you must be an amazing wizard then. You should upload some 1v1s then I can observe them and we can talk about mechanics & if you come to my server, let me know maybe we can do some fights ourselves, will be fun. Thanks & good luck.
