Loved the bow you made... I work with inches... I loved the fact that you used inches also.. expect for the last two ribbons i had to google the cm to inches.. Thank you so much my granddaughter will love them. I cannot wait to try it...

Yes I’m not so used to inches, as we work with the metric system mostly here in the UK, but in my newer tutorials, I do try to give both measurements 😊 Thank you 💕

I went to my ruler and realized it already has cm on it. I just had to find the right one. I cannot wait to do this color for my grandchild she has an event at school that she needs orange. For don't be a bully day at school and she can also use the color for Halloween.. thank you so much I cannot wait to try it.

May I make a suggestion? The background music is distracting/noisy; it will be best to leave it out for future videos. That said, I love how you well you explained your technique. Thank you for sharing your talent.

Only on bows with a pattern which requires to be a certain way up, or a bow with downward facing tails. Also depends if the wearer likes to wear the bow on a certain side, for example, my daughter sometimes wear bows to clip her hair to the side, which she wears over to her left. But this bow in this tutorial can be worn any way up, so it wouldn’t matter.

The best way to work out the formula is to work out how many times the ribbon width fits into the length. So in this tutorial, I used 4cm x 60cm…. 4 fits in 60 15 times (60%4=15) so the formula is 15 times the ribbon width…. so with 2”/5cm wide ribbon, 5x15= 75, so 75cm in length. I hope this helps.

This a very helpful tutorial. How long would you suggest if I use a 7/8 inch ribbon for a smaller size bow? Hoping for more videos!

Hello I genrally only work with 1inch ribbion to make a 3inch ish possibly 4inch bow what would the length need to be please.. Your tutorial seems very easy to follow.. I'm going to try this and hopefully they come out as perfect as yours been trying for months for this bow xx

In the same way, glue onto the headband, then wrap the centre around the bow and band to secure it.

Is it only works well with grosgrain ribbon not with satin ribbon if you have try. thanks and appreciate your response.

Glue onto the nylon then wrap the centre strip around same as if was a clip.

Hi hun I love how easy you have made this look, what length of ribbon would you cut if you had to use 3 inch wide ribbon ? I’m definitely trying the ribbon length in your video but also need to do 3 inch wide ribbon 🙈😂

I would try around 80cm to a whole metre. Play around making the rough shape to see how you like the loop size before you cut your ribbon. Hope that helps. I did do a freehand version…kzread.info/dash/bejne/enujqpl-kbrSqLA.html

Thank you hun and sorry for all the questions on your videos, on the wider ribbon would you still use the same angle measurements I know to half the ribbon width for either side but not sure if you would do the 1cm centre high or go higher for the thicker ribbon. Sorry again I’ve been asked to use 75mm, 50mm and 38mm ribbons for a friend and want to make sure I do them as best as I can x

I purchased from my local supermarket. Any all purpose clear glue will work. I don’t recommend hot glue, because it’s difficult to get the needle in for sewing.

1.5in wide by 19.69in. I’m not used to inches, so had to google 🙈 In my newer videos, I try include both cm and inches 😊

If you line it up at an angle it gives more of a twisted effect. This is a detailed video hence the length, so many people struggle to make this style bow.
