Phenominal dish, i am from Lucknow, India and i do make different types of biryani like lucknavi biryani, hyderabadi biryani but i never imagined a biryani that can be made without onions. This is awesome! I just made it and my family is loving it. Thank you so much chef, this was amazing.

You should try Kacchi Biriyani from Puran Dhaka, Bangladesh. Aalu is a must in Bangladesh’s Kacchi Biriyani.
