Perfect Cozy Weekend: Vintage Camera Shopping, Korean Food, Hiking & Board Game Night
Welcome back, everyone!
Last year, for our wedding, we decided to give our guests disposable cameras to take pictures during the party, so now we have a bunch of pictures to develop. We started the weekend by heading to a camera shop to develop all our cameras, and we also ended up buying an extremely cute 8mm used point-and-shoot camera that looks like it’s right out of a spy movie.
After the camera shop, we spent a good hour at our favorite Asian market to buy some supplies. We made a lot of small dishes Korean-style that evening. We steamed some dumplings in our bamboo basket, made tteokbokki (rice cakes) with a spicy sauce, Korean Pancakes, and grilled a few vegan mini hotdogs to make them look like cute small octopi. Everything was super nice, and we managed to satisfy our cravings!
On Sunday, we decided to go for a short hike in the afternoon, so we took the car and drove to Kahlenberg where we could admire this amazing view of Vienna from the mountaintop.
In the evening, we invited over a friend for a board game night and enjoyed a nice glass of honey wine and some authentic Italian food while playing Hogwarts Battle, a cooperative deck-building game that we love.
