@@italianmuscle9580 yes he could, do you remember what happened when Gohan ssj2 managed to corner perfect cell? Cell transformed and became much bulkier. In that form, Cell became more powerful, but also much slower, exactly like Trunks. If Cell wanted, he could've transformed the same way Trunks did, but since there was no point he decided that it was better to remain in his regular perfect form.

The plannet earth doesn't exist in universe 6. There could be another cell from another one of the many universes in xenoverse/dragonball super.

Ah man I never even really thought about it this way until seeing it again later in life. Actually so freakin dark. While Buu was more powerful, he was just mindless destruction. While Cell was actually out looking to make people suffer, it was methodical. And there was little anyone could do to stop him. He’s a truly daunting character
