Hi, grats on your clinical and didactic skills. What do you think about vertical, not horizontal incision? In my Institution we do both. Advocates of horizontal say about cosmetic effect, advocates for vertical (eg me) Say, that there is less possibility to cut some small vessels, that are rather vertical at this area. Regards, Jakub

Pdt under fob guidance, blue rhino single dialtor technique, using modified seldinger method

Hi there, it is an approach between Modified Ciaglia technique using rhino and Griggs (forceps) technique, but we do not perforate the trachea with clamp/forceps (just the pretracheal tissue).

Agree, capno is definitely very useful tool. But it is faster to immediately stick in the bronchoscope and check the position of the tube :)

@@pragueicu6443 But End Tidal CO2 should be on the patient's oral ETT before the procedure even. No one should have an ETT without ETCO2. Anyway, really love your chanel and videos - terrific work:)
