I never enjoyed a fishing video as much as this. I am not good at fishing with soft plastic or lures just worms on a Bank. You gave out so many goid tips plus the exact sizes of your plastic. Will write everything down to keep with me to use next time I go fishing. Thank You both.

Jörgen and Dejan, thank you! I LOVED this video and learned a lot. I've been coming to Sweden every summer for over 20 years and catch many many aborre mainly on spinning lures. I would like to try the soft baits with jig heads now. Would you recommend them for summer fishing in the inner Stockholm archipelago where we live? The water can get quite warm and the bottom has many grassy weeds especially close to the shore. We have a brygga where I fish from. I also catch gädda at this location.

Great video. I wish the Yellow Perch, we have here in Canada and in the USA got as big as European Perch. Most people, who catch perch over here, are lucky if they catch any that are half the size of the ones you caught. Ours don't get as big. We too have Pike and Burbot. www.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yellow_perch. www.wikipedia.org/wiki/European_perch. I would imagine your perch are good eating. Yellow perch sure are, at least if they're big enough and it's not often you'd catch one that is.

They are fishing rivers that flows out into the Baltic Sea and that is a brackish Sea. Because the narrow inlet between Sweden and Denmark not that much seawater from the Atlantic Ocean will enter. The Baltic Sea is between 1.0% (southern parts close to the inlet) to 0.1% (in northern parts), the Atlantic Ocean is 3.2%.
