So is the plastic still warm when the water goes in?

For carbonated products, the bottle is filled under pressure. To prevent any deformation of freshly blown bottles during the filling process, the bottom of the bottle is actively sprayed with water immediately before the filler and thus cooled to harden the plastic. It is therefore not relevant whether the bottle is still warm, but whether the base is stable in shape.

Unfortunately, we can not say the price in general. On the one hand, the prices of our lines vary according to their equipment and the requirements of our customers. The speed of the line is 43.800 bottles per hour. Hope this helps you! :)

Best machinery because Krones have the brains not to play it cheap with spastic plastic. You look at their machinery. Its all metal and metallic alloy. Hardly any plastic, if any plastic at all. There are maintenance and service issues with it but nothing chronic and terminally defective with it.

Quality lasts and pays for itself my friend. I've worked for cheap companies and smart ones. All the cheap ones are gone. Example..Dean foods gone.
