GRANDMA BOO!!! I love her, she reminds me so much of my tricolor girl, Ellie. She has that same fluffy fur, too! Bella and Peppoli are too sweet together!

It’s so lovely when the puppies who no longer live with you come to stay! It’s great to see how they have turned out. Peppolo is such a handsome little fella! Couldn’t help but notice he is a bit bigger than his sister Bella. Is that to do with being a male, difference in coat or because Bella is so active?

Males are generally a bit bigger than the girls, but there are always lots of individual differences. On one of our very early litters, we had one boy that never quite got to 10 pounds, while his brother was well over 20 pounds and not overweight.

Our Home Depot is called Bunnings here and we can’t walk around with dogs in there. They either have to be in the trolley or muzzled. Rules obviously changed from something that went wrong. Buddy used to love his trolley rides looking around. P.S - Grandma Boo needing to be a part of this is everything.

Apple is now at the height of her very first season, but she's waaaaay too young to breed. When she is 2 years old, we'll have her tested for signs of inherited diseases. If she's cleared, we will consider breeding her on her next season. I'm afraid you will have to exercise a whole lot of patience. Meanwhile, we can at least see how she does in the show ring.

Whaw! Are dogs allowed in the shops? Which it was the case here in Belgium!

In general, I have found European countries to be far more dog friendly than the US. In this country, stores like Home Depot, as well as pet shops, normally welcome dogs. On the other hand, food stores, clothing shops, pharmacies, etc are usually pretty restrictive here, as are most restaurants. When we took Boo to France with us a few years ago, we could take her just about anywhere.

Quick question, is Peppoli with the white on his chin and chest considered a Black and Tan, or a Tri?

He's definitely a Black and Tan, because he doesn't have white on his legs, his muzzle, his tail, or across his back. He's got some stray white marks, because his sire was a Blenheim.
