If the EU was smart they would have participated with the SCO. Turkey will become an SCO member very soon as BRICS. All of the information about the SCO is on their website. I find it interesting how the SCO defines human rights contrary to the UN Charter. Considering how Putin and in part Xi have removed human rights protection from specific people here is a line from the SCO "The memorandum declares that the parties will maintain a dialogue on issues related to international humanitarian law (IHL) applicable only to armed conflicts". In other words human rights are not included in their policies.
