PEOPLE WATCHING WALK DOWNTOWN CEBU CITY! 360 DEGREE VIDEO

Take a walk with me trying out this new Insta360 X4 8K camera. Walking in the downtown area of Cebu City, Cebu, the Philippines. This is true 360 and you can view in all directions by moving your smart phone around or using the icon in the upper left corner of the screen to job around. KZread often sets your quality at a lower resolution so go to the lower right setting and adjust your quality to 4K or at least 1080P.

I love the 360 option. gives you a feel that you're right there next to you and looking everywhere. I usually watch these videos on my home computer so I have a bigger screen to watch. I also went to 1080 instead of 720, got a better video that way. keep it up, I love it. I'll be there come February. Really looking forward to the move from Texas.

They got rid of most of the worst polluting jeepneys but there is pushback about getting rid of all of them. Bus rates will be going up and the jeepney is still the cheapest option and important for many with inflation eating up their paychecks.

@@jsully4064 Using the 360 Lens, you can double-tap the touch screen to view a panorama preview. Tap the screen just to the left of the Q icon to select from preset capture modes. Tap the screen just to the left of the magnifying + icon to bring up the zoom. Drag left to zoom in and right to zoom out. Good luck/Ned 👍

But if you want to manually change the size of your video player, simply adjust the size of your browser. You can also select the Theater mode button in the bottom corner of the video player to view your video in a large player without going into full screen, or the Mini player button to view in a smaller player. Or just try this: Use Ctrl + - to zoom out. Use Ctrl + + to zoom in. Use Ctrl + 0 to Good luck/Ned 🫷

The process of converting 360 footage to 2D is called "Reframing". It can also be done with other video editors such as DaVinci Resolve and Premiere Pro. And you're so right that it takes quite a bit more computer power to process these large files. I always have to adjust KZread's quality setting when viewing 360 videos as their default setting is too low. Great video Rod!

Thanks Gary. I have had Davinci Resolve on my laptop for a couple of years and tried that powerful software but quite a learning curve when my Power Director is quite intuitive but I pay for it.

@@AmazingPhilippines1 Hey Rod, whatever works for you is best. I've gone through a few video editors in my past. I'm hoping that DaVinci will be my last so that I don't have to learn anymore, lol.

You can upload an 8K 360° video to KZread. It will take awhile (couple days) for 8K to be selectable as an option for the viewer. Until then, the video can be viewed in 4K.

I am still learning and playing with my X3. I just left Cebu City on the 30th. Looking for a place to move with a nice balcony and such. Not easy.. some of the agents ??? Flew down and stayed 5 days and the property I wanted to view..One reply from agent and then no more? So all for nothing. BUT I did have a nice stay 88th Ave and visited 3 Pizza 3 times along with Abaca.. My search will continue.. I am sure I will run into you in the future. Stay Safe my friend.

Cool! I was also very frustrated with agents not getting in touch. Most agents only have 1-3 units they manage and would have to share commissions if they went beyond that so little motivation Randell.
