Her dad was right at the start- she did need to learn that manipulating people is not good and life isn't easy. But he can't do it to your wife, she is not your child and he doesn't rule over her. When Phoebe had already grown up, I think she could make her choices as well❤️

I don't think Pheobe should have had to cover her eyes up, it's kinda stupid in my opinion. But she was manipulative at the beginning, so I'm glad she developed as a character.

Pheobe is amazing with her blue eyes I have blue eyes too!

The way Phoebe treated others is just wrong uesing everyone to get what she wants. It's not importaint to have everything you want but to have the loved once by your side. I understand that the dad wanted to teach her a leasson but he had no right to change the way Phoebe and her mom look. They're special and beautiful just the way they are and nobody can change that ever. Good Phobe learned from her mistakes and the ending part is beautiful. Love this story so much

A person is still beautiful no matter what color they’re eyes are, I’m glad that phoebe had the courage to stand up to her father by realizing that she isn’t alone, plus grace is lucky to have a real good friend like phoebe and that Levi was able to still be with her.

It’s not Phoebe or her mom’s fault that her dad was so insecure about the color of their eyes. If he couldn’t accept both of them for having blue eyes then he’s the one with the problem. I’m proud of Phoebe for standing up to her dad, he was too controlling to her and her mom.

tbh, all eyes are equally beautiful. brown eyes: warm and gentle blue eyes: bright and shiny hazel eyes: happy and sunny green eyes: unique and amazing gray eyes: wise and elegant edit: black eyes aren’t actually real, unless its a condition (makes it look like it doesn’t have a iris) but… black/very dark brown eyes: deep and trustworthy purple: magnificent and wondrous amber: lovely and makes you feel comfortable tell me if I should list any more than I haven’t had- but either way, Phoebe and Levi are so cute together! I’m glad Levi doesn’t just like Phoebe for her eyes, unlike her old school. I’m also happy how Phoebe stood up for herself and decided to be herself, even her mom left the dad. Her mom and Phoebe are happy and free now.
