“People On Benefits Go To The Pub Every Morning!” | Peter Cardwell Calls Compilation | Benefits

Ah yes, target the native British working class while treating immigrants like kings. Typical. Maybe if he hadnt of spent billions housing them in 5 star hotels youd wouldnt be clamouring to claw back money from the benefits system. Most people on benefits are actually working. If you need benefits to top up wages, youre simply subsidising scummy employers, then blaming the minority of scroungers for the benefits bill. Why dont you do a video where you discuss the costs each immigrant heaps on the country by arriving having paid so little up front? A low skilled worker does not earn enough to pay enough tax to cover the services they inditially use. So every year you have huge initial cost for immigrants in the hope you get it back eventually. That means each year you increase immigrant figures, the more it costs you. And how much are the universities paying into the local services? Nothing. Yet they are also flooding cities with immigrants studying also. They use all our local services as well.

I lost count of how many jobs, I was offered, but the jobs got cancelled, or didn't exist in the first place. When I went in for my UC interviews, I was told I was the only person who was actually looking for a job, it's a requirement that you spend 30 hours per week looking for job, I must have been doing atleast 13 hours per day. I got my own job, they really don't help find, or get you a job. No mention of how much foreigners on benifits get, bearing in mind they get a lot more benifits than British people, and yes there are people getting it who really shouldn't be.

There are indeed many freeloaders and it's been like that for decades. For a gruesome 3 years, nearly 50 years ago I worked in a Jobcentre. Back then it was just the same on the BBC etc - how terrible the unemployment levels were, people couldn't get work blah blah. They should have had a spell in a Jobcentre. We had a stack of vacancies, especially for machinists, that we couldn't fill because people, if forced to an interview i.e. they weren't allowed to collect their benefit until they'd attended an interview, made sure they didn't get the job. Many employers would no longer place vacancies with the Jobcentre because they were sick of time wasters, or specified they would only see people already employed. Employed people looking for a change of job would register with us and they, along with people in the construction industry whose jobs were often short term so a few weeks on the dole between contracts was normal, were the most easy to place. While fairly new to the Jobcentre, I came in one morning and the rest of the staff were apoplectic because a notorious family had been on the BBC the night before claiming that they visited the Jobcentre every day but there were no jobs, and they couldn't remember when they last had a holiday. One of my colleagues, very agitated almost shrieked "They've just come back from Majorca".

Truth....there were no jobs to be had but it made people think that there were plenty of jobs and the unemployed were feckless. I could write a book on it all. Now he’s back in work the government are not reticent to take money to support other people who have never contributed. I feel very bitter. I am a pensioner with limited income and little savings. Because its class warfare. Upper classes want to replace the native British working class. We arent even the same people as them, the toffs have zero native blood. The average brit has like 70% native Brittonic blood. Welsh even higher. Toffs most commonly have different blood groups to us even. Why do you think they import 1million per year, even though every year they import more, more emigrate? Those people are leaving the country for the same reason the natives have left London. They mostly go to other countries that other white brits have fled to, Australia , Canada, USA etc. They are suffering the same issues but on a lesser scale though. They want to replace us, plain and simple.

1st caller is an idiot, I live with seizures daily but to look at you’d think there was nothing wrong should I get my benefits taken off me? I can tell you that I don’t leave my house let alone sit in a pub everyday and to think people are better off on benefits isn’t right. my life has been this way since the age of 23 im now 31 and would love to work again. Im not living no happy life on benefits 😒 anyone that judges disabled people getting help hopefully nothing ever happens too you so you don’t have too know what it feels like. people need to judge other peoples lives less

Some peoples mental health is worse then others I’m a Send teaching assistant this first guy has no idea how serious some mental health is And he is lucky enough to own 10 houses not everyone does I’ve worked all my life I don’t own 10 houses I’m not complaining about other people though like this man he should try being more compassionate I’ve got mental health and it got worse after losing my mum in 2020 and I’ve struggled I don’t have any family really or friends I just deal with it I don’t really have a choice jobs 40 years ago treated their employees better and there were bonuses etc now wages are low and the cost of living is high jobs are not like they used to be And that women mentions supermarkets they got rid of staff and replaced them with self service tills how many jobs did that cost? And older people going for jobs do get discriminated against most jobs want younger people and disabled people also get discriminated against they want young fit and healthy but would never tell you that

Insist on paying cash and refuse to use the self-service till. Especially if there is a cue. Ask for a til to get opened.

Delusion all over the place, where do you prime these callers, some very nasty out of touch green eyed people in this country, if only benefits actually stretched as far as the money grabbing greedy landlord makes out 😢 not everybody on benefits wants to be on them, pure hate!

I have a friend whose 'partner' gets a Nissan Qashqai motability car every two years ( for free), has worked for 4 years in total (55 yrs old now), and has made a career out of being on disability allowance... She views her medical appointments as her 'job'. When she gets a puncture , she goes to Kwikfit, and gets a new tyre, if it can`t be repaired,.....for absolutely no cost to her. When she was in hospital, he saved up £3k from her payments in 12 weeks! It is insane what some people can get on benefits...Not everyone, but plenty do

They don't get the car for free it comes out of the disability benefit so it's not free and if you are in hospital you get the disability stopped till you get out

Not so about the disability being stopped. My friend said his partners account had over £3k in it after spanding time in a pshchiatric secure hospital by the time she was released.
