If you keep using the n word you bring it back into mainstream vocabulary. It becomes more and more common, especially when you make it sound cool. It's inevitable that everyone will start using it again, and it will be directed towards people of a certain skin colour. A great example is the word "queer." This was used originally to describe something that was a bit different or someone who acted a bit eccentric. Later, it was used as a derogatory comment to a man who was feminine and gay. It was then considered a slur and not to be used because it was offensive. Now, it's been bought back by the alphabet people as a flex, and is back in mainstream usage, regardless of sexual orientation. Language is language. You make a word popular, any word, and people will use it.

A so called high value man...a top 1 of 1 percent person that these ladies all say they want but don't qualify for. Mathematically there's probably less than 50k of these men that fit the criteria and more than half of those men are already married. There a hot girl on every street in the city. It's a scarcity issue. An elite earner, and excellent husband/father is rare. There isn't enough time in the day to be perfect in all aspect. They simply are trying to explain to women that they are the sellers not the buyers and these ladies especially in Miami are delusional Narcissist and mostly recreational use only. Marriage isn't that hard. My wife and I are coming up on 21 years. The modern person is selfish as hell. I'm not a 1 percent earner but I also realize that if I went back to that pace of work I'd be letting other aspects of my life suffer like my wife and son. Money is very important but it's not an excuse for absenteeism. The reality is these people want a relationship that doesn't exist because they are trying to date up to a superior man. There's nothing wrong with avg looks and income but we have to stop convincing young women that selling their bodies for money isn't acceptable. Morals and values bought and paid for by sin just shows you how easy someone can be manipulated. The worst part is they know where the road ends 99% of the time and yet these ladies can't even be honest about almost any object reality. So no I don't think I'm being hypocritical. I listened to the entire podcast and that lady is a stone cold idiot looking for a bunch of suckers to grift off of.
