Make a bad update everyone hates, 6 year olds reporting to real manufacturers for copyright issues and finally removing cars that everyone likes in Drive World which destroys their game. one simple thing, greed. When voldex bought DE, they introduced gambling, an update strongly disliked. But from voldex point of view, its a hit as they profit from people buying robux to be able to gamble more. In DW's case however i don't get how this update profits them

I used to play Drive World back in july 2023, and then coming back to the game in 2024 was just disappointing. I was so confused why my Yasko couldnt hit 400 mph and where the hell did the gear tuning go. Just to find out about this "rebalance". I mean i'm fine with the upgrades being cheaper on supercars but bro? Having supercars be able to be slower than cars under 500k? I'm honestly done man. I quit drive world.

It took me bringing Ruben into the rhs discord server to force usering to add moderation. I doubt Ruben would care enough to get involved in drive world drama though, but the fact he's scared of Ruben sim means something. Tokaliz also defended vase girls, and refuses to unban fruit. They also are surprised I told them off after I "ban evaded" a false ban. The userabs thing also got me banned. Their reason for not making it appealable is also "because I was being malicious". In general, usering and his goons are narcissistic and only care if it will harm them.

Ngl, I came back to this game after a friend let me know about the christmas update. Just so you know, I'm a young adult still in the process of doing part-time studies while trying to look for a job. The first thing I noticed that was new to the game was the addition of microtransactions and donations, which I instantly disliked, because there was no need for this, plus the upgrades having their prices at least doubled makes me think they were raised in an attempt to persuade people to spend robux on the game. The next thing I noticed was the power cap, I have only maxed out one car on this update, and it was the McLaren 765LT, but despite that, I only had to look at the upgrade performance gains for each part to realise that the cap exists, as the Hoonicorn used to have a little over 2000hp. This power cap is absolutely stupid, because I've pretty much wasted about 1.5million dollars on upgrades and 2 cars, I got 2 from doing weekly quests. I also realised that, the money spent on a previous update for the turbos and, I believe, either the crankshaft or pistons, you might as well regret buying them then, cuz you don't get the money back, or at least I didn't get anything back, so I had to spend half a mil just to max the McLaren out again. Then there's the removal of the gear tuning menu, which I frequented quite a bit to tune the gears on my cars for the highest top speed I could get out of the gearbox. With the removal of that menu, since the devs think the player base are practically stupid and can't grasp the concept of gear ratios, I can't tune the gears the way I want to, which really annoys me when my car's absurd 340+mph top speed with the boost pads to bring it up to speed and the nitrous to help eek out more speed (now struggling to hit 270mph) depends on the length of the gears. Over all, I don't think I'll be playing this game until all this is fix, I've been playing this game for months now, only taking a break from it about 2 months ago until today

I only had one more upgrade for the bolide it used to go 475mph and after the update i was only going 242 mph. I quit DW after.

They nerfed the bolide sadly

The community should try Vehicle Legends, Project Trackday and Formula Apex if they want an alternative. Project Trackday is for the Pros. Vehicle Legends are for the people who just want to play a casual car game like Drive world and Driving Empire and FOrmula Apex is for the Formula One lovers.

I built a car capable of reaching 837 km/h with the tuning but that's not achievable anymore so no records will be broken

The best car games in Roblox is Car Dealership Tycoon, well basically it's just a Tycoon but you can race in different places to go around the map of getting a better car to grind with some update of event, limited car, season, and free UGC

this is pure negligence that the devs of drive world are doing, I'm honestly quitting if they keep it like this

The worst thing is that the devs of the game will never listen to their fans, even heard of their members also having no care about the players and just want to make money off the game by making the players grind a lot and even remove the most essential ways to grind for the certain things in the game. If only someone can take over the position and make it great again...

I didn’t play drive world for 6 months but when I came back 2 days ago I see that my contender fiend, which previously had over 1800hp with all max upgrades now has 1300hp and it bearely hit 260

the developers are bold enough to not only NOT fix this in the week after the *update of 87* ,they put out a so called patch to make supercars better when my vanaheim (6m and more than 1m in upgrades up to this point) is getting beaten by stupid cars,i even sold my hooligan mustang,truck and the baja truck helion just to get a chance to have fun again (meaning buy a car that should be less trash) i am hoping that this Christmas event they are hyping so much is a fix to this mess

As someone who started the game 2 days ago, i saw that the game SUCKED, like bro i had a 300k dollar mclaren and it got beat by a 100k challenger, plus i maxed it out, SO IM TRINA FIGURE OUT HOW TF I GOT BEAT BY A CHALLENGER, and now i know, THEY FUC##D THE GAME UP

i was planning on playing drive world today after seeing the video cya drive world meet you next year

I still remember the past where drive world was mocking DE by saying "we don't have crates for our cars" when the gambling update came. This is also what most players at DE did when the gambling update rolled out. Everyone left and looked for greener pastures. I guess history repeats in a different way. Imagine if DE went "Join our game, it might have weird cars atleast they're not capped that much". I doubt DW would fix things because unlike DE / Voldex, they didn't do anything stupid like do gambling mechanics. I won't be surprised if the DW community got some bad apples that will report car companies, not because they had gambling but, because "the cars that you made was capped speed wise". I hope they do something about that as some players did play DW as their first game so it's devastating to see that a game that you personally picked first gets something like that.

Drive World To be honest was the best game in the time it wasn't ruined if they didn't remove the useful glitches and useful items i wouldn't have lost over 10 million dollars Like how does a old Mercedes beat a jesko makes no sense thanks to the their focus only being on kids they remove the useful stuff Why remove dyno charts that's how you also make a kid learn In there free time i honest think that drive world should just delete their game its already damaged and plus if they have someone that has more than the Room temperature they would not ruin as they did now i lost over 400 hours of pure grinding having fun now just thrown in the trash like it was nothing No thanks to you Driveworld and im moving on to driving empire and to Beamng drive thank you Roblox never stepping on Roblox again

Yeah I have the 8 mil Bugatti Bolide and I vs people in like Hondas and GTR's and they almost always win, it's incredibly unfair that this new system has nerfed all the hyper and super cars into the ground and it completely defeats the point of racing and gaining money to purchase better upgrades & faster cars etc etc. I spent 2 to or 3 whole days grinding for it, and with this new update it feels all of that was for nothing.

It's been 6 months since this update. I've been playing since last year, but I stopped and recently came back and I really feel like the game's gotten much better. And yes, that break was because I hated the direction they were taking the game until I actually gave it a shot again two weeks ago. So here's why I think that: 1. Them removing classes was not the move. But making all cars equally competitive was also a good decision. Now you don't look at the starting grid and it's 10 variations of the Blade, now you can roll up in anything and win, which also pushes old players to experiment with new cars. 2. Seems like many players are singling out certain cars when a core mechanic overlooked is car collectability. With the weekly + seasonal rewards, garage customization, not to mention the new auction house which allows exclusive car trading, DW is a car collection game, just like Forza Horizon. I can't tell you how little time I actually spend driving some days when I can go to the auction house and earn money just flipping cars, or even getting a car you've been looking so long for at a good deal. I also spent an hour this week just trying to figure out the cars I'd be putting in my garage. No other Roblox game will do that for you, and very few games even allow that. GTA 5 does, but I hate the thought of grinding 3 hours just for a single car. 3. This is a big one. There's no other game in Roblox (aside from MR:T) that does customization better. I don't think I've played a game in Roblox where so many cars are as equally customizable as the other. You can do accurate LM spec on a CLK GTR in the same game you can rainbow wrap a Civic with a terrible bodykit. DE can't match that and I guarantee with car licensing, it'll get even harder for them (since licenses also ask you to respect the car's brand). 4. Few other games match the number of maps and unique races you can get with DW. I've tried racing in other games and it's honestly not as interesting or as engaging, save for C1 loop in a Porsche 930 with MR:T. There are definitely way better experiences out there for driving but the fact DW can deliver on this shouldn't be overlooked. Now I'm not saying this game can't improve. It definitely can. I really wish they give us more fun and creative things we can do with our cars, like add a stadium where we can play soccer (maybe even do that as a club tournament) or even do cops & robbers. I'd also love for them to do car meets where we can chill and just show off our cars (DE does that, why can't DW). I'd love one-make races or races locked to exclusive car types to make them more competitive and give new life to underutilized cars. They could develop new worlds and add more content in worlds that are NOT the USA map. But as far as the game we got versus the games we could play, I think DW has the most potential.

i spent 6 months trying to get the yasko and the day i bought it they released the balancing update and i lost 6 months of my hard work because contenders are better than every car

My hooligan had 2,200 hp now it was 1,425 hp

Now my pagani zonda meta is sucks to all starter cars 😮‍💨

I had a hooligan nimbus that was a good rival aginst the blade and the zeta roadster as a secondary best. The nimbus is useless and the pagani somehow is still good.
