I don't see how the second part is on topic but Native American Reservations are not treated as separate ethnic states and they most certainly do not receive full protection from the Federal Government. They get basically nothing from the Feds and considerably less than normal regions get from State Government. They have special land reservations as reparations, because that was already their land when we settled here. How does that in any way indicate that we should have bonus ethnostates inside the USA just because people want one?

I'm trying to find the relevance of the Harry Truman quote, it seems to lack context. If it is with reference to Israel in 1948, the numbers it is quoting are vastly inflated...about 450,000 Arabs displaced voluntarily on orders of the Arab league, in order for Arab forces to move through areas swiftly in order to take control of the newly formed Israeli state..... At the same time Jews were forcibly expelled from Egypt, Lebanon, Syria and Jordan.
