Its actually not too bad. The lines are the worst part. I went to one near me and we didn't get to get food because they were out by the time we got up there. The mug was only like 13$ and it's pretty big and solid. Although to be fair we went to one of their vans. They have vans that will like park near malls and stuff in CA

Just came back from the cafe. Pretty expensive but very delicious. The strawberry mint lemonade though...... It was good but i got such a crazy sugar rush from it I completely lost sense of any control over myself, i went nuts laughing and screaming . And im 16, i honestly wonder how much sugar was in it because not even a espresso can do that to me......

Its no the cakes are soggy and the buttercream is stale the macaroons are chewy the only thing I'd recommend is the drinks and the sugar cookies. And I know because I opened the Hello Kitty cafe at the Victoria Gardens in California. They're also super expensive and not worth it I promise you everything that she had on the table she spent close to 75 to $100. So not worth it.

The drinks' prices are not that bad. Around $4 to $5. The cakes and pies are the expensive ones. I think they're like $7 to $10 per slice. It's around the same prices in Tokyo.

i went, the food is pretty good! I didn’t expect 2 much but surprisingly all the food was yummy, and did taste good. It was tasty and didn’t taste all fake or something. The sweets were a bit too sweet 4 me but it was good overall!

Normally themed restaurants like these have shit bakery and people only go to say that they were there but the food was actually ok

Okay so I’ve actually been here ( but it’s in Cupertino ) and a lot of people have been asking if it’s expensive or if it tastes good so: 1) the lines are really, really really, long, but occasionally there are slow days where only seven or six people are there. Also, the woman could have booked it since they are a company ( probably why she just walked in ). 2) the food is relatively priced, like 3 dollars for a cookie the size of your hand, and it’s not too hard or crumbly, it’s in the middle. However- some of the merch is super expensive, like their stuffed animals and t- shirts ( it was like 30 dollars for the plushies or something crazy ). Oh yeah, and the water bottles are pretty popular. Uhh that’s it

I actually went it has amazing tasting food it’s adorable and a great experience for Instagram pictures also it’s not to expensive considering it has billions of people everyday and I went to this exact location!

My 5 years old self would had been so HAPPY !

Every time I see Caroline, I wanna smile. She just makes me smile. She has this excited little girl face. Warms me up.

Whoever designed the packaged and presentation should be very proud.

I know this was posted some time ago and you might already know this, but the idea that Kitty is not a cat but a girl was only a misunderstanding from a mistranslation. She's more of a cat-like girl, so it's not like she's human or whatever else. Although the part that she's British is true since that was always part of her back story.
