@@xXDYNAMITEXxThey mean that they are 1:1 parallels with the natural quads. Say for example, riff is the air quad and has earth, air, water, and cold. So in theory the mech quad should be poison, mech, crystal, and dark, but instead vhenshun has plasma instead of crystal despite being the mech quad.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS MONSTER! If Knurv never existed, this would absolutely be my favorite! Their design, their sound, everything about this monster is amazing! It's definitely up their with Knurv and Xyster as one of my favorite monsters!

I love monster so much- its like jeeode and furcorn (and yooreek) , and it gets multiple tracks?? And the design, omg- it lives up to snarlequinn, im so happy

2 things I noticed about this monster, 1. It’s voice is much deeper sounding when you hear it on its own and sounds higher pitch on the whole island, idk why, 2. Not sure why but track 2 gives me nightmare before Christmas vibes, is that just me or do other people think that too

i love how it slowly transforms into the sound that its mimicking

I love how it seems to take sounds from other monsters, like how in the second half of its yooreek duet, you can hear yooreek, and how jeeode seems to be present throughout

Pentumra is actually named by Penumbra. The penumbra is a part of the solar eclipse. And Penumbra is basically a monster eclipse.

My absolute favorite Ethereal workshop monster by far.

If you think about it, each quad represents a quint, Whaill is like Gnarls, Vhenshun is like Drummidary, and Pentumbra is like Mimic! Idk if any other quads is like that but I find it cool anyway!
