€250K over priced. It will cost that to renovate as well. Nice view and a good area but nothing like worth the asking price.

Oddball design. Tired requires restoration, really really not 400k euro...

Nice place, but that asking price is so 2020. market will not support that price at this time.

Considering the money that needs to be spent to bring this penthouse to a contemporary standard the asking price is way too high. Ad up the cost of renovation, new furniture and asking price and you come to a total that gives you so many other excellent options available on the market.
