Filming location is Bronson Cave: Bronson Cave is one of Hollywood’s favorite filming locations. The man-made tunnel is carved into the rock wall of an old quarry in Griffith Park. Bronson Cave‘s most famous role came in the 1960s, playing the entrance of the Batcave in the Batman TV series.

No matter what they do - it just amazes and surpasses expectations.....and you were "preparing" for Mary Did You Know?!?! Spot on with all the key moments - the stunning cave setting; Kevin beat boxing and making those reverse sounds seamlessly after singing his own lines; your expression when Mitch's vocals step-climbed to "the great I Am" hitting and holding that note and then they all came in with he voices layering beneath him. A great rendition of this song. You should check out the guy who wrote this song, (Mark Lowry? ) accompanied by the vocal group Voctave, singing this. Easily as good a version and it is VERY rare I would say that about any version of any song stacked up against a PTX cover.

Swoosh sound you were talking about that Kevin makes? He DOES use that to take in breaths. That's how he never skips a beat.

The cave was the same cave used in the old Batman TV series - the Batmobile would drive out of the Bat Cave.

I love the short Scott+Avi duet at the beginning of this song. We don't get to hear them sing with each other very often, and they do a beautiful job together.

That was definitely an “ugly face” as Shawn Stockman called it on the Sing-Off - when some song’s just so good that you make an ugly face when listening to it :-). I wish you’d consider watching the Sing-Off season 3 PTX performances. It’s really great to see how young they were (Mitch missed his high school graduation to be there) and how far they’ve come, even though they were awesome then!

If I was told right, and if I remember right (and that would be a first) this is the cave that either Predator or Alien was filmed in, just a bit of trivia.

This is really beatifull. Especially how it's filmed. It is of course already a very beautiful song of its own. Avi's voice is it all. I also listened to the version of Home Free and although that version of HF gets to me a bit more, but this one from PTX will definitely come shortly after.

One of my favorites! The sweetness and tenderness with which they sing this, and the power they bring, are incredible. I'm sure someone has said this already, but everyone's favorite PTX song is the last one they heard. ☺️

Just to add a bit more on their attention to detail, some of those video segments have Kirstin placed in a way that the light between her and the camera make it appear as though she has a halo. In fact, you stopped the video at one of those segments to comment on Kevin's beatboxing.

Such a beautiful sound that comes from them all is amazing...and I loved that Kevin and Avi got a little solo. Kevin is a magician with the sounds he can create. Avi and his smooth, soft bass is like receiving a great big hug.

This song and Little Drummer Boy are my favorite Christmas songs. I heard these on the radio and eventually realized the sounds were a person, ie Kevin. I investigated and have been in awe for years now. I heard them do these and many others live at their Christmas Tour this year 2021 and was is just as fabulous as the first time I heard them on the radio.

Wonderful reactions! Watched all your PTX vids and out of all the reactions I have seen, I feel the same way that you do. I long for the “music” I grew up with (I’m 73 years old, grew up in the South and listened to Philly soul and Carolina Beach Music as a kid). PTX takes me back to that enchanting time when music was truly music. It was nice to follow your journey and I look forward to your new experiences. There are but a few artist who compete with their talent. As you, I enjoy them so much!

BTW >> I don't think Mary DID know.
