PENTATONIX Love Me When I Don't Reaction

Ойын-сауық

G'day guys, today we are reacting to Pentatonix with Love Me When I Don't. Even before listening to this song, I love the message it already puts forth. It's very important to have support around you who do love you even when you don't love yourself. I think it's equally important to be there for when someone else needs that support.

Unfortunately, this video does not include the actual album version. It's a live-in-the-studio version that was used for an American TV talk show, although PTXOfficial is now using it as the official video. The album version is more polished and fuller-sounding. This is indeed one of Kirstie's originals on The Lucky Ones (she wrote about half of the songs on the album). This is one that she lets everybody have a chance to shine on, though. It's got a wonderful message and is also quite catchy. They just released a new single/video last week of a new cover medley of 90s dance music, so there probably won't be anymore videos appearing from the tracks on The Lucky Ones.

Good call, waiting to react until the video came out, especially with Pentatonix. I find that with this group, more than any of the acapella groups, my ear sometimes has trouble telling the difference between Kirstie and Mitch unless I have the visual reference. I also occasionally have the same trouble with Matt and Scott. (Case in point: their cover of "Can You Feel the Love Tonight?") My ears may deceive me but my eyes know the truth!

Have you noticed their growth in moving from simply 3-5 part harmonies to actually emulating instrument sounds, specifically chords. It’s amazing how full a sound they make with this approach.

I think the Video might be symbolism, and how a person can feel so out of control in a Manic episode, and can not focus on the positive, but drown in the Negative, bouncing all over the place out of control. Just my thoughts. 😔💚🌿

Unfortunately, PTX does not do mv for all songs and I think that it will be no different for this album as well. Nevertheless, it is worth listening to all the songs that are based on their personal experiences. The lyrics for this song were written by Kirstie in collaboration with 3 others. On April 3, Kevin became the father of a beautiful baby girl.

There’s an up and coming 22-yr old Filipino independent artist that’s making waves. Please react to Ez Mil, Panalo Live on the Wish bus, which has 56 million views in less than 3 months. One reaction turns in more because he is so talented. He raps, sings, dances, makes his own beats, plays piano, guitar, and drums, and directs and edits his own videos. He’s crosses many genres, a true independent artist, and he’s only 22. Other big reactors are all over his music. Don’t sleep on this artist. Give him a shot. He might surprise you.

Love this song, it's one of my favourites on the album. My only (slight) concern with this album compared to others, is that it is more 'processed' in the studio, I understand that they, even still have to see how they can perform some of the tracks live. I appreciate they are growing, maturing and expanding their abilities which is wonderful to see. I love their original content, the lyrics are always on point. I would hate to see their incredible music blend into the processed blandness of commercial music with too much studio tweeking. Their difference is that it is A Cappella and not studio blended. I really hope they continue to make music, covers and originals and that soon they get to tour once more so we can all appreciate their amazing talent.

@@taniareads8751 Yes, as PTX members have pointed out in their different interviews, they tried to push boundaries of traditional a cappella with their new original album. They used layering more than they had done that before. After 10 years of being the niche group they've earned a right to be played on the radio. And If you want to be played on the radio, you have to play by the rules of the modern pop music, and have fuller sound.
