This is a live-in-the-studio version that was used for an appearance on a talk show. It's missing a lot of the audio effects of the official studio version, but that doesn't hurt it at all (in some ways, I prefer this version). It's now being used as the official video of the song. This one was written primarily by Kirstie, but she gave everyone a chance to shine on it. Anyone who follows Pentatonix knows that Kirstie went thru several personal traumas in the last few years, and the songs she contributed to this album were obviously quite therapeutic for her. The entire Lucky Ones album is a real masterpiece. ALL the songs are brilliantly done and obviously have a lot of personal meaning to the group members.

They made a conscious decision to make this entire album personal and most of the songs deal with aspects of mental health. They are so catchy and very mainstream but the lyrics *they wrote* are amazing in and of themselves. It's really too bad that the pandemic stunted any real promotion they could have done, but is so Pentatonix of them to release it during the pandemic anyway. Because, yanno, it's so relevant to the time and what the fans needed this year.

Thank you so much for your kindness.... the phone numbers as copyright blockers, the reminder you gave and repeated to not be afraid to ask for help, and to táke that help when given, and gíve that help when needed. I'm glad someone pulled you by your bootstraps when needed so you can spread this wise advise now. This truly is the power of music: it connects in a way nothing else can.

You should react to Mitch, he did a solo cover of Billie eilish power. I read comments on the KZread video and apparently a woman watched the video and decided not to commit suicide. Her words were heart breaking, but she got huge support from internet strangers. Mitch did the backing track and did everything himself, but a friend of his did the filming, and they did it on the roof of his house. It's powerful.

@@rocksolidreactions3901 I've known 2 people who have taken their own lives. The first was when I was in high school and we had no idea until almost the end of the day. They put a picture of him, in a group shot of his friends in the yearbook. The other was my cousins wife. They were getting a divorce and the guy she was cheating with went camping with friends one weekend after he refused to marry her. She was found 2 days after, by him, but he had a solid alibi, as did my cousin. It was messed up.

First of all, thank you so so much for your service! Secondly, thank you for being a class act. You gave permission for so many people who don’t think they are worthy to be good to themselves and find help for the troubles they are facing. Thank you for reiterating again and again that’s OK to feel the way you do and to know there are people out there who care for you always. I am an oncology nurse in an outpatient clinic setting and consider myself to be a fairly upbeat person, but recently we have lost a number of patients whom I have been very close to and it has rocked my heart and head space. Being able to escape with the beautiful music of PTX,especially on their new album, has been a soul soother. Thank you for your wonderful and heartfelt reactions! Keep up the good work!
