My body is ready
I'm really looking forward to the new version! Thank you for all the effort you put and have put into this project. I currently have two questions: Will there be a new desktop app (I think this is important to many) and what are the chances that we can use variables like in CSS/SCSS (also for strings please 😁)?

One thing you guys need to make sure you support out the gate is plugins. Nothing will frustrate people more than not having the ability to grow your product in ways one team doesn’t have time to do so. Would be even cooler if the plugin dev on it was much easier than figma and more clear.

hi there! Click on your user name (bottom left hand side) > go to Your Account > Settings > and then you'll see a dropdown menu "Language"

Dude. No one uses the ruler in product design. You’re totally fine removing that ha. No. Really. It serves literally no purpose.
Do you plan a .free importer? (A new free format from Lunacy, abandoned .sketch)

It'd be easier to export everything in your Lunacy file to a couple of SVGs. The complexity of importing and translating other document types, especially that of a proprietary program, is no joke.

@@Manueljlin the new file format is open source and also it's just a zip of SVGs with an extra json file anyway. But the benefit of importing components and such would be great. Anyway, maybe I should try to contribute myself.

@@Manueljlinare you saying figma pulled off the impossible? Okay then. Not exactly a reason I want to switch. And it’s not that complicated if your dev understands compiler bridges. Which they clearly do or they wouldn’t have built a product that generates code from vectorized data
