Why would anybody want to keep a dog that could potentially kill a child or anybody else and their pets. If you can't physically control a dog then you can't be responsible for it. I hope everybody Sue's pitbull or any dog owner that bikes for $5,000 maybe they'll realize they don't love the dog as much as they thought.

Fact! Labradors cause more accidents and random attacks than pitbulls, they don't get labelled vicious because of their intelligence and use for blind people. Yes some pit bulls can be vicious at times but they are more caring and loving than labs, and that's coming from someone who used to own both and breed labs

So, Let me get this straight: The Plaintiff has a Pit-bull that is known to be aggressive and is tagged as a "dangerous dog". In my opinion this dog is literally a "walking time bomb" that could go off at any moment. She is hellbent on keeping this vicious animal and is willing to go through hoops in order to keep it. This makes the third attack. Whenever I take my dog out for walks (Rough Collie) I quite generally ALWAYS carry a stun gun/taser with me. My dog has been attacked 3 times on walks, 2 times by Pit-Bull mixed breed dogs. One time in particular the dog pulled out of his collar on the female who was frantically running after the dog when her dog attacked my dog. Pit-Bulls, by and large are dogs I do not trust. I blame the owners of these fighting machines more than I do the dogs themselves. It seems like many of these Pit-Bull owners give the dog(s) names like "Spike", "Killer" "Fang", "Satan", and other names. It's almost like the owners are trying to live vicariously through the dog(s).

  • @MasterOfLazyness

Wow, that's a damn shame. I've meet and grown up around 2 pit-bulls that wouldn't attack anyone. Granted, they would for sure attack someone in my defense if they were attacking me as one of them was an overprotective female. But that's not limited to just pit-bulls. Outside of something like that where the animal feels as if it's master or it is in danger, It's a shame to have people walking the streets feeling afraid of being attacked. I can't condone something like that. Even though I have nothing to do with it, I'm sorry you've had such a bad experience.

🤦‍♂️ Pitbulls are deemed vicious because people use them in dog fights and are often abused. Pitbulls are not naturally agressive, its about training and be brought up, first it was Rottweilers and Germans now its Pitbulls, its 9/10 the people, not the dog itself.

Go and ask any plastic surgeon about the work they do with children that have been bitten by dogs. Ask them what breed do the most bites and most damage. I’m not against them as a breed but I can’t believe that we are still hearing these stories to this day. No one is learning about the breed. Yes, there is inherent defensive and aggressive behaviours in the breed just as German Shepherds guard and Border Collies herd. But this can be worked with and managed.

It's funny how they know his dog bit her and her dog bit him. And not the other way around. Who can tell, when things happen so fast and both dogs are going? And a halter is not a muzzle. A muzzle cover the nose and mouth, not just a strap around the muzzle of the dog. That won't do anything to stop the dog from biting.

There’s videos and info about a dog trainer that trains dogs for law enforcement federal agencies secret service and the military and a vet together explaining what to do and why/how it works and is effective online if you want to look it up for yourself!

Anything that would attack my pets which my dog currently is a 14 year old male Labrador retriever named Gunner wether it’s human k9’s feline or any other species including aliens would get fucked the hell up by myself! My dog saved me when he was 3 years old from being hurt and or killed by two armed car jackers and even if he hadn’t I’d still now that he is at an old age and can’t really defend himself that well anymore would return the loyalty and my debt to him to save him from being hurt and likely killed! That’s why since I first possibly legally could I’ve had my handgun and concealed weapons permit which was 21 and if I had to I’d use to on anything and one justifiably attacking me my pets family friends and any other innocent human or pet that is or is about to be the victim of an attack! I’m glad the defendants won!

@@loreelee8268 True. I just cringe when I hear someone refer to their pets as "kids" You sound like a reasonable person, though. And you're right about not teasing or tormenting a dumb animal. However, some pet owners lose perspective and can't bear to have their pet muzzled, leashed, fenced in because they soooo precious. Well, that's a good way to get your precious pet shot, run over, rabies, etc. Even humans can't go everywhere we want! Anyway, sorry to offend you and thanks for your comment.

Americans, the past tense of to bite is BIT - BITTEN, not bit - bit. The past tense of to spit is SPAT - SPAT. This case is an example of why pit bull owners should take an exam before owning a pet, and especially a DANGEROUS one. She clearly has no control over that dog. All dogs can be controlled by voice or hand movements from afar. If you don't believe this, watch the Queen control her sheep dogs. Instead of working and spending so much time on her hair, she should be training her animals but at least she's starting to realise that she's been irresponsible so far.
