We head North to visit Maddie and Alex. This time we go and explore Peniscola in Castellon- the historic town and the castle as well as the gardens and artillery.

I have never been disappointed in any of the many castles and their gardens that we have visited in Spain. Love all the old structures, nothing like it here in the states.

Another wonderful video when we get back to Spain we will definitely take a trip up there. Maybe the guy in the restaurant can’t get over the fact we sunk there Armada all those years ago.

It's a bit of a trek from Torrevieja area, but worth a visit (possibly over night)- or a day trip from Valencia. Thanks for watching 👍

Can you believe it, once had someone ask me how you pronounce a small town in South Yoks, just up from your neck of the woods near Sheffield called Peniston. Perhaps they do cola and tee shirts now? Sounds like you met up with a graduate from the catering school once run by Basil Fawlty, bad luck there is always one.
