Penelope was found as a stray and rushed to the WHS with serious injuries. His eyes were badly damaged and his jaw was broken. Our Clinic needed to remove one of his eyes due to extreme infection and fix his broken jaw. After spending weeks with a Foster Family, Penelope recovered and is now in his new forever home.
