Had me in tears. Cabaret duology is a perfect centerpiece for this EP! What a great set of beautiful, funny, and emotionally resonant tunes. And appropriate production to match.

Gonna listen to this on her birthday, it'll feel good to feel like I got any of the words out. If she still has the same taste in music, she might even listen to it too. Or not, she never said goodbye so I'll never know how she felt about it.

ALBUM REVIEW, TRACK 4: Cabaret 2 this sounds so poetic and like penelope scott is looking back on her own mistakes rather than other peoples that hurt her. its a really nice change of pace and honestly like another pov to the first cabaret but im gonna have to do a lot more listening and research on this album before i can come to any conclusions. apart from that, i dont have much else to say on this track on first listen other than the fact that its really awesome and makes the first cabaret feel more whole. 8/10!!!

This song means so much to me, as a greyromantic, I'm somewhat alone, because I don't love the same way as others. I had this one friend, and I loved them so much. Now they're leaving. And for a while, I was mean to them because I regretted throwing myself at them. But I love them so much, and I don't want to lose them. Once again, thank you for everything. I would not be around today without you. And you are one of the only artists that my parents didn't dislike. (My parents usually put down the music I like when I try to share it with them, I had them listen to the Public Void vinyl.)
